How to create a Class Collaborate Session on Blackboard (For instructors)

1. Log in to https://ecourses.aud.edu/ 
2. Open the course where you want to create the session.
3. Go to the Details & Actions menu on the left and look for "Class Collaborate". Click the More Options (three dots ...) icon and select Manage all sessions.
   
4. Click “Create Session.”
5. Enter a session name.
6. Set the date and time (start and end).
7. Adjust session settings (optional):
8. Guest access
9. Recording options
10. Participant permissions (chat, audio, video, etc.)
11. Click “Save.”
